We ship within Spain via standard shipping (Post) or express shipping (SEUR), and to the European Union via standard shipping (SEUR), depending on your preference.

Our goal is to ship orders within 2 business days. However, during periods of high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Orders over €70 within Spain qualify for free shipping. We offer free shipping to the European Union for orders over €150.

Shipping within Spain (Post) Standard shipping and packaging costs are €5.95. Items are shipped via Correos (Post).

Express Shipping within Spain (SEUR) Express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 24 hours. Shipping and packaging costs for express shipping are €7.95. Items are shipped via SEUR.

International Shipping (European Union) For deliveries to Germany, Austria, and other European countries: The estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 business days. Shipping and packaging costs are €15.95, and items are shipped via SEUR.

Local pick-up is free.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions or notice any issues with your product, feel free to contact us – we will do our best to assist you.

We accept returns of unused products within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us by email about the return.

Once we receive the returned item, a full refund will be processed (excluding shipping costs). Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.

Please include proof of purchase.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Otherwise, a refund may be excluded or a fee of 50% of the original price may apply.

Discounted items (excluding launch offers) are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION PERIOD

You have the right to cancel this contract within 7 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is seven days from the day you or a third party, designated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we received your notice of cancellation. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
