Shipping within Spain and International Shipping

We ship within Spain according to your preference with standard shipping (Post) or express shipping (SEUR), and to other European countries with standard shipping (SEUR).
Our goal is to dispatch orders within 2 business days. However, during periods of high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Orders with a value of 70 Euros or more are shipped free of charge within Spain. For shipments to the European Union, we offer free shipping for orders over 150 Euros.

Shipping within Spain (Post)
The standard shipping and packaging costs are 5.95 €.
Items are shipped via Post (Correos).

Express Shipping Spain (SEUR)
Express shipping with estimated delivery within 24 hours.
The shipping and packaging costs for express shipping are 7.45 €.
Items are shipped via SEUR.

International Shipping (European Union)
For deliveries to Germany, Austria, and other European countries:
The estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 business days.
Shipping and packaging costs are 15.95 €, and items are shipped via SEUR.
Pickup of goods is free of charge.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions or notice a problem with your product, do not hesitate to contact us – we will do our best to assist you.
We accept returns of unused products within 14 days of purchase. Please inform us immediately via email about the return.
Once we have received the returned item, a full refund will be processed (excluding shipping costs). Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the refund processing.
Please include the proof of purchase.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Otherwise, a refund may be excluded, or a 50% fee of the original price may apply.
Discounted items (except Launch offers) are excluded from refunds.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is seven days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Michaela Mulfinger, Carrer de la Tramuntana 26, 08950 Esplugues de Llobregat, Spain, info@kearacandles.com) by a clear statement (e.g., an email or a letter sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the payments we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period expires.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
